Abstract

In the following article the factors influencing the adaptation of women entrepreneurs in a changing socio-psychological environment are studied based on the motives such as professional development, social adaptation and material interest. Foreign and national expertise are investigated as it appears from the assessments among surveyed sample in the subgroup of women entrepreneurship
