Abstract
В научной статье анализируются актуальные вопросы международно-правового сотрудничества в области защиты прав инвалидов. Изучен подход к улучшению положения людей с ограниченными возможностями с позиции осуществления прав человека. Автор приходит к выводу, что благодаря этим международно-правовым документам были созданы условия для принятия Генеральной Ассамблеей ООН Конвенции о правах инвалидов. В настоящей статье выражается мнение автора касательно защиты прав инвалидов, некоторых проблем и способов их решения в Республике Узбекистан, основываясь на международном опыте.Предмет научной статьи составляет обзор и анализ государственной политики в сфере защиты прав инвалидов и соответствующему международно-правовому сотрудничеству Республики Узбекистан.Цель научной статьи – проанализировать историю возникновения международно-правового сотрудничества в области защиты прав инвалидов, выделить основные проблемы и предложить пути их решения.
