Abstract

The article deals with wholesale and retail prices of main commodities circulating in Kokand khanate in 60-70s of XIX century. The sources used are archival material, periodicals and official statistics. Using concrete examples, it shows the dependence of prices on sending caravans to Russia, weather conditions and military action.
